Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Great Idea - poor execution. God help you if you ever need support for anything with Gusto. Their platform is good and has good offerings, but their support teams are so bad it's laughable if it wasn't so painfully frustrating. Their support staff is so poorly trained they can't answer any basic information about your tax filings, something they are in charge of, and if you have any serious issues it takes months to resolve. They will also stop filing certain local taxes, that they were filling on your behalf for years, suddenly and without telling you. This leaves you entirely in the lurch and with the risk of being delinquent. In short, if you can go somewhere else, do it. You deserve an hr software support company, that will actually support you and your small business. We're done with them.
