Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Get paid & see pay stubs/tax documents, request reimbursement from company expenses, request PTO, see paid holidays, and send/receive birthday messages.

Pros

  • Makes requesting PTO very easy.
  • Helps you fill out tax documents by having data easily accessible.
  • Helps me see when I will get paid every month.

Cons

  • Expenses (can't always submit them).
  • Tax documents (tried to use third party Gusto linked with to change tax preferences but wasn't able to do it).
  • App (can't do everything you can do online in the app).
Issues with the app/submitting expenses & requests for reimbursement.
