Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

It keeps our paychecks and paystubs easily accessible. We can see when our paycheck is expected to arrive in our account and how much we will be receiving. It easily allows us to put in time off, or appointments. We can also see when our coworkers will be out of the office for personal leave or vacation.

Pros

  • Well documented calendar for easy monthly planning

Cons

  • Seeing the paycheck before the day we receive it
  • Clock in/out times on home screen
  • Not calling for a verification code every time you log in
I think Gusto is extremely user friendly with little to no learning curve involved. All components are easily accessing and well laid out making it super simple to navigate. The only thing I would prefer to see is the clocked in or out status on the home screen for a little more easy accessibility.

Yes

I like being able to track the time I am working and the breakdown of my paychecks with year to date and weekly totals. I also love being able to see when I clocked in and out each day from my phone on the mobile app. The time off requests are extremely easy and self explanatory.
