Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll and tracking benefits and time off accumulation. there are 10-14 employees in the company. i do not directly run payroll. i like how it tracts time off and lays out what is being taken from each paycheck.

Pros

  • App set up
  • Easy to set up direct deposit
  • easy to look through benefits

Cons

  • It would be nice to get notifications when my paycheck hours are submitted
  • I would like early paycheck arrival
  • Employees like the east to use app
  • It’s easier to track it’s forms
