Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Payroll and time tracking. It would be nice to use minute time increments instead of hours. Access to sign in takes too long. I have to sign in twice before it takes. Then, it takes too long for Little Pig to get to where you log in.

Pros

  • Keeps track of time well.
  • Vacation day balance and time off easy to request.
  • Works best in Google Chrome.

Cons

  • Signing into Gusto takes too long.
  • Pig takes too long to walk to get to clock in.
  • If you forget to clock out you need someone to adjust time.
  • Good time tracking.
  • Good TIme off requesting mechanism.
  • Pay stub printouts could be larger print.
I'm pretty happy with most of the GUSTO program.

Forgetting to clock out and needing someone to adjust your time to clock inappropriately. If you do not do this, the hours worked are not reflected appropriately.
