Overall Satisfaction with Handshake

We use handshake with a few of the local colleges to recruit for job openings we have within our company.
  • Easy to upload job description
  • Easy step by step instructions to post
  • Easy to get applicants resumes
  • None at this time
  • We have been very successful in recruiting for some of our vacancies; the college schedule seems to work with some of our open positions.
We have used other sites to help with our recruiting needs, such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Craigslist. I would say Handshake and Indeed are at the top of our go-to list open positions.
Handshake is, overall, an excellent product to use for our recruiting needs.

I think Handshake is a straightforward application to use when posting for jobs. I also like that you can post to multiple schools with just one easy click. So convenient not to have to do numerous postings for each school.
