Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

Our sales & marketing team uses Hatchbuck for sales and campaign monitoring. We use it to enter leads, take notes, send out emails/newsletters, and track opens, clicks, etc. Prior to using Hatchbuck, we were using ZoHo and switched because Hatchbuck allowed us to measure our email campaign's success better. It's good to see at the individual level who is opening, clicking, unsubscribing etc.
  • Allows you to easily see/read notes on a client. Much better than Salesforce
  • Customer service is accessible and easy to understand. I knew Nikki's number and could call her whenever I wanted. With Salesforce, you get someone who barely speaks English and you don't have a number to call.
  • It's easy to see exactly when your campaign went out and how many people received it.
  • Very easy to pull lists
  • Hatchbuck doesn't do a good job of showing you an overall sales "cycle". Salesforce is better in that you can see how long it's taking your sales people to close.
  • Everything in Hatchbuck is done at the individual level vs. the company level.
  • Hatchbuck doesn't have plug-ins - such as gmail and other apps. Salesforce has tons
  • With Hatchbuck, it was hard to measure ROI. They don't really do a good job telling you how fast leads are being converted etc.
  • Much more efficient than Zoho to send out email campaigns, templates, etc
  • Zoho CRM,Salesforce.com,Pardot
Hatchbuck is better than Zoho but less effective overall than Salesforce. Hatchbuck hands-down has the best customer service of the group though.
We are moving to Salesforce because it is a more powerful tool that will allow us to grow.
It's great for smaller companies!
