Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck
We use Hatchbuck to reach out to large numbers of prospects and clients at once. It allows us to disperse information across large groups of people in a controlled and measurable method. It provides a number of options to manage how those prospects view and interact with the emails we send, and sends us good information about what they are doing with the content. There are a number of tasks you can program into the emails to keep you notified, and it's just a great tool overall.

Cons
- I feel the user interface is unclear at times
- There should be some training videos or training tools on the site
- I'm sure it does more than I'm currently aware of
- I personally experience approximately 10-12 positive prospect interactions due to Hatchbuck.
- It makes it easy to see how many times attachments are viewed, and projects a prospects interest.
- It guides you to some degree as to when to reach out again.
I have had more experience with Hatchbuck, and was introduced to it through someone who is quite familiar. My perspective is that for the money, Hatchbuck does all it needs to, and does it well. I'm sure there are comparable products, but this is the first one that I found user friendly enough to be able to use it consistently.
