Change management was a major issue with the implementation
- It was difficult to get any set up assistance in time and attendance and our system still doesn't function properly.

Absolutely not! I assumed Heartland would train us, but instead we were thrown to the wolves to figure it out ourselves. This is definitely not a do it yourself product and there is an order of operations. Their "training" manual is fluffy at best.
