Overall Satisfaction with Heimdal Patch and Asset Management
Usually we use it to process spam settings with a large set og settings to automate removing of spam. We also use it for antivirus purposes having alot of different features as well as email notifications whenever Heimdal see's something is wrong on our clients. Leading to fast reaction times and generally a good experience.
- Automate windows updates
- Automate updates from known programs
- The posibility to disable/disable certain windows updates.
- Interface could be more user friendly but when you know how it works its allright
- Easier way to quickly see what updates are installed on what machines
- auto install BIOS
- Schedule updates
- We have saved alot of time updating machines
- We have achived alot more control of workstations
In my professional career (in which I have been employed at the same location) I haven't actually used another product. Any time we have interviewed a potential new supplier their product really hasn't been better.
