Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign
We use it in the Customer Success department. We are sending out all of our very important documents to our customers via HelloSign. I believe there are a couple of other departments using this tool such HR, Billing and Sales. We used to have DocuSign but it was replaced with HelloSign more than a year ago.
- Integrates with our CRM
- Notifications (sometimes a bit too many notifications)
- Seamless signing process experience.
- Being able to edit the document that was sent. Example: If we need to change the signee etc.
- Get the critical documents e-signed with no hassle for the sender and receiver.
- No missing out on any signatures and they are stored safely
I was not involved in the decision-making process to get this tool however, the pricing was a big factor as the other tool we used was more expensive than HelloSign and they basically did the same thing for us. I believe another reason we made the switch was that HelloSign had better customer service.
