Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

I would have expected more for a Dropbox company. The HelloSign product is OK. It isn't nearly as mature as Docusign with several features missing. For example, they have a web link template and a regular template. The web link will allow only a single signature whereas the template that has to be manually sent can have multiple signatories. That should be a simple workflow feature. Second, to add API, you have to open a case, wait for a response, wait for another response from someone in the API team then wait for another response for someone from the payment teams. The entire process to add an API plan took three weeks. If you actually want to get anything done, start the process a year in advance to get anything done with HelloSign. Overall, [in my opinion]terrible experience, and we will be looking for alternatives.

For a cheap solution that doesn't need any interaction with support, or even the potential for support, it may work fine. If you need to have any support for the product, you won't get it from HelloSign the way you would expect a multi-million dollar company.
