I think the HG Insights Platform is a great platform that we use to leverage information mainly around research of IT stack behind various companies. It allows us to identify which incumbent solutions they may already use that may require a modern stack upgrade or consolidation.
Pros
- Easy way to use filters to drill down into particular geography etc.
- Ability to cross reference multiple data sets
- Great vizualisation tools to make information easier to digest
Cons
- It would be great to see more AI supported personalization and recommendations
- More frequent data refresh
- More APIs so it can custom fit different applications
- Salesloft
