Unique features and easy to use
Overall Satisfaction with HG Insights Platform
The HG Insights Platform is helpful in researching leads and data enrichment for the accounts in our database. It has a unique feature that allows you to see the software stack for each company they have a profile on and follow softwares tagged with similar categories to your product. I also find it easy to use and integrate with our CRM.

The HG Insights Platform has helped our efforts in account and lead enrichment to sync HG Insights to Salesforce. It is unclear if there is a connection to Marketo or Tableau.

I find it complements DemandBase, Crunchbase, and ZoomInfo, and offers the unique ability to view an account’s tech stack, and create lists of companies that use competing software. That would not be information that we’d typically get elsewhere.
I would say most have more features and integrations but it is easier to use the HG Insights Platform. And the unique opportunity to understand who is using a competitor gives insight into where expansion could happen.
