Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
- We use Hibob as our people system (HRIS).
- We currently integrate into our ATS to get the best possible hiring flow.
- We currently focus mostly on the best set-up for our employees and do not use development/performance modules.

Pros
- Open API and integration posibilities
- Overview of Employee profiles (both as of now and history)
- Reporting and "Dashboarding"
- Great customer support
- Easy interface
Cons
- Time off settings - templates for each country would be nice and then you should be able to add if your company has some specific that goes beyond the legislation.
- Deputy settings - For all flows/tasks/requests someone who is OOO should be able to choose a temporary deputy so admin work is not hindered when a person is away. The current set-up is not working as it has to be done by an admin - both when the manager goes on leave AND when they get back.
