Overall Satisfaction with HipChat
With our organization being split between multiple locations, HipChat has been a great resource. We use it within our department mostly, but a few others in different departments us it, as well. Also, Sassy is awesome!
- Quick way to ask a question, rather than emailing.
- The private chat function is nice.
- Sometimes the updates will mess up certain features, the most common being able to attach photos and documents.
We have only looked into one other program with a chat function, but HipChat seemed the better choice.
