Overall Satisfaction with HipChat
Currently we use HipChat to create chat rooms for various projects and everybody puts their live updates there. The chat history is very useful since my client doesn't preserve chat history in Skype for Business.
- Saves chat history
- Integration with JIRA
- Hangouts
- Look and feel needs overhauling. Doesn't have a modern UI feeling.
Team focused chat rooms and integration with JIRA was the primary reason.
