Overall Satisfaction with Hippo CMMS

Hippo CMMS is an excellent tool for anyone who needs a simple, yet effective work order system. Before we had Hippo CMMS, we were using post-it notes and emails to keep track of all the projects, maintenance (preventative and reactive), and needs of our building. Hippo CMMS helps keep a better track of those needs while doing so with a budget in mind.

I can't remember the names of other computer maintenance software, but the main reason for the selection of Hippo CMMS was cost. Hippo CMMS came in much lower than the other CMMS' while still providing the same features and functions.
Customer support for Hippo CMMS has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to even the simplest need.

Hippo CMMS is an excellent tool for any maintenance director with both easy to use tools and budget-friendly. The start-up for Hippo does take time (if done in house), but in the long run, it is worth it. Hippo CMMS allows you to customize your experience and provides detailed reports. Hippo gives you the ability to create preventative work orders, which had been a major sticking point with my team, considering in the past, it had been on post-it notes. Hippo has been a significant upgrade to our system and a massive help to my team.
