We use HireEZ as a tool in our sourcing process. Not only do we directly source from the HireEZ platform itself with great success, but we also use it to find candidate information when we source on specialty sites. In the veterinary field, candidates are not typically found on LinkedIn and Indeed, so we love that HireEZ is able to use a variety of sources to gather info.
