Overall Satisfaction with hireEZ (Formerly Hiretual)
We use hireEZ to source candidates for recruiting purposes. I personally don't find it as user friendly as its competitors.
- Helps us find potential candidates.
- Narrows searches.
- Can sometimes find people not initially seen on competitor searches.
- It often pulls up people who don't meet the criteria.
- It is often times not up to date.
- Sometimes seems glitchy.
- It's user-friendly enough
- I'm not on the business end of that so I cannot answer that question. I know most people in my organization prefer competitors over hireEZ.
Most of us use hireEZ as a last resort. The others are faster and more accurate.
