Overall Satisfaction with hireEZ
We actively use hireEZ within our recruiting department to identify IT talent in a very competitive hiring arena. The application allows for us to identify the passive candidate that are not readily available on other job boards or formats. We were presently surprised to find more candidates in geographic areas they we didn't know about.
Pros
- Automated email campaign.
- Thorough filtering tools.
- Easy to navigate interface.
- Easy to assign candidates into projects.
Cons
- Once the AI becomes more mature the results will improve.
- It provides a lot of data across various platforms, so some of the data is raw and needs to be refined.

In the assessment of the various tools, hireEZ was more intuitive, providing more reporting metrics tools, provided detailed analysis and has the ATS integration.
