Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
Our company is currently using HireVue to simplify the hiring selection process for most locations HR supports. We are in the process of expanding use to all locations (90+) currently as well as expanding to the HireVue Insights solution. The feedback we receive from hiring managers is extremely positive as it gives them an opportunity to get an on-demand face to face with their candidates prior to inviting them to a formal interview.

- The product is very intuitive but support is always available, when needed.
- Ability to post resumes when directly invited to complete an interview. This feature is only available in Openvue.
In the education industry, cost will keep companies from being able to afford this type of service. However, because of the volume that most districts handle, it is a very useful tool as it will not just save an individual school's time by using the system as a first interview remotely but that interview can be shared across other locations, saving the candidate's time as well.
