Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue is used by our recruiting department to conduct interviews with candidates.

Pros

  • Customer service is excellent, if candidates, or myself are having technical issues, HireVue is always very helpful.
  • HireVue provides a great way to screen candidates
  • HireVue does a good job with quality control. If there is an error with a video interview, HireVue usually catches it before I do.
  • Faster interviewing - saves time
I think HireVue is a great tool to use in selection of candidates, number one because we are able to see how they present themselves, and if they can do so professionally. It is also a great tool to see how well they handle using fairly new technology.
