Our department uses HireVue to screen and interview teachers. The entire district uses HireVue to interview for all types of positions.

We are able to screen applicants before a formal interview.
We are able to interview candidates from all over, which gives a bigger pool of applicants to choose from.

Sometimes it is difficult to hear applicants, and there is lag in the video conferences.

We have had to opportunity to interview and hire candidates that would not be possible without HIreVue. Due to our remote location HireVue is very beneficial since it opens up the job pool.

I think HireVue could be used for any organization.

Thanks for the awesome review! We are happy you and your district are enjoying HireVue! I looked into the audio issue you were referring to. We realize that technology isn't always perfect and we apologize for the inconvenience. The best fix for audio issues would be for the candidate to check their microphone volume on the system check screen before starting their interview. We also recommend candidates to complete at least one practice question before starting the interview so they can make sure everything is running smoothly.
