Overall Satisfaction with Hive
We used Hive to manage a one-off weeks-long project within our marketing space. We had people located in multiple offices in the country, and we wanted coworkers to be able to contribute in real time just like if they were all in the office. Hive offered everything we needed across all their solutions/features to help us do that: checklists, tracking, deadline management, etc. all highly collaborative. It made us feel like we were using a "real" physical whiteboard.

- Very smooth layout across interfaces
- Supports multiple formats like videos
- Many functionalities, which is great but can be confusing
- Learning curve is required before using full capabilities
- A clear list with all options or an effective search function would be helpful, as some options are in sub-menus
- Fun team environment: we got a lot of positive reactions to Hive
- Time consumption of basic tasks was reduced
- No need for physical resources (rooms, traveling, etc.)
Hive's layout was much smoother and nicer to use.
