Overall Satisfaction with HoneyBook

HoneyBook is used to invoice and keep track of payments from my clients. I have also used HoneyBook as a CRM and lead generation on my website to book discovery calls with potential clients. It has streamlined the amount of applications I have to use in my business and has been helpful during tax time.

Pros

  • Invoicing
  • CRM
  • Lead Generation

Cons

  • Price
  • Ease of use
  • Customization
  • Efficiency
  • Time Management
  • Customer Relationship
HoneyBook has a bit of a learning curve but they also have great customer service and quick response time. There could be a bit more customization available and the ability to streamline some of the invoicing features and capabilities. Overall, it is a good platform for service based providers that have a small team or are solo.

Do you think HoneyBook delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HoneyBook's feature set?

Yes

Did HoneyBook live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HoneyBook go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HoneyBook again?

Yes

HoneyBook is great for an established service based small business that has a small team or even a solopreneur. There is a bit of a learning curve for new businesses so I don't recommend it for someone just started out for that reason and that the price has recently gone up.
