Overall Satisfaction with HoneyBook

If you are a small solopreneur wearing all the hats, Honeybook is for you. Honeybook takes all your admin work and puts it in a nice package complete with organization and automation. You can automate yet keep your client experience from inquiry to the final goodbye. It's like having a VA on your team that never needs a break.

Pros

  • AI note-taking for meetings is phenomenal.
  • Their forms are super customizable and have multi-page options.
  • Customer service is awesome.

Cons

  • The client portal/communication process can be annoying on the client end.
  • They aren't task-holders like programs similar to Trello.
  • The ability to delete projects needs to happen.
  • More consistent client experience for everyone.
  • More professional with customized branding to match all my marketing tools/materials.
  • Increase in cash flow as I can focus on more significant moneymaking tasks.
They are relatively easy for anyone with any skill set and business owner.
Honeybook and Dubsado have a lot of similarities. I'd say the only big difference is that Dubsado still has more advanced workflow capabilities. Dubsado also is much harder to set up. Honeybook is simpler and easier to use right from the start.
