Overall Satisfaction with Hopin

I currently use it as an attendee. I have mostly used it for networking and webinar purposes. This solves many obstacles, especially during COVID, and is a way to communicate without being physically in the same room. The platform opens up content to more people nationwide.
  • Has separate rooms for separate activities
  • Allows you to engage with other parts of the platform at the same time
  • Not only is a communication tool but a virtual experience
  • Working with hosts to better explain the platform to new users
  • Provide more detailed instructions on how to use the platform for new users
  • From what I've learned from nonprofits that I've worked with, it has increased audience participation, audience reach, engagement, and saved on [the] price it would cost for a live event.

I've used Bizzabo for larger-scale events compared to Hopin, but they both are competitive and comparable.
It is best suited for a conference or summit with multiple things happening at one time. It is less appropriate for just a one on one conversation (except when networking).
