Overall Satisfaction with HotTelecom

HotTelecom is being used by my entire company as a telephony solution. Virtual phone numbers, fax, and PBX have been provided by them. Our customer support receive all the incoming calls to a toll-free number, and each specialist can redirect calls to one another one or to a manager of a higher level. We also use call recording service to make regular check-ups and to be sure that our customers are satisfied with the help provided.

  • Outbound calls feature activation through an email request.

They are very quick in responding and managed to help me with some issues I’ve been faced with.
