HotTelecom is being used by my entire company as a telephony solution. Virtual phone numbers, fax, and PBX have been provided by them. Our customer support receive all the incoming calls to a toll-free number, and each specialist can redirect calls to one another one or to a manager of a higher level. We also use call recording service to make regular check-ups and to be sure that our customers are satisfied with the help provided.
