We use HotTelecom services for our marketing campaigns. SMS phone numbers let us register the accounts on needed webservices and also receive messages from leads with all the statistics needed for further decisions.

  • easy to make needed changes in settings
  • it would be better if they provide wider geo coverage of SMS numbers for registration on online services. They are working on that at the moment.
We have used their SMS phone numbers for our marketing campaigns. They provide phone numbers that can be used both for registrations on webservices and receiving messages from real users. And there are no problems to get the needed amount of phone numbers.

Their solution also helps us to increase customers' loyalty level because now they do not need to spend a lot of time waiting to get the needed employee or department.

When our clients or partners call our corporate number they can now reach any needed employee or department by themselves. It is simple - they just need to use voice assistant and press the needed number.

Our business has been looking for a reliable and flexible VoIP system to organize the communication process within our different physical offices and remote freelancers. HotTelecom provides us with virtual phone numbers and needed additional services (for example -- internal numbers to reach the exact manager from the certain office).
  • The call recording feature.
  • The high quality of calls.
  • Video calling is not available as a feature.
Our big team uses HotTelecom software for organizing the communication process between different departments and different offices. One service of the VoIP system we use is an extension dialing feature to let us reach a certain person by a call.

Our customer support receive all the incoming calls to a toll-free number, and each specialist can redirect calls to one another one or to a manager of a higher level. We also use call recording service to make regular check-ups and to be sure that our customers are satisfied with the help provided.
