Overall Satisfaction with HotTelecom

Our business has been looking for a reliable and flexible VoIP system to organize the communication process within our different physical offices and remote freelancers. HotTelecom provides us with virtual phone numbers and needed additional services (for example -- internal numbers to reach the exact manager from the certain office).
  • The call recording feature.
  • The high quality of calls.
  • Video calling is not available as a feature.
  • The effectiveness of the communication process has increased since we started to use HotTelecom services, and it is one of the main keys to increasing the overall team efficiency level.
We had some questions before and after purchasing this software. The support team helped us, and provides us with answers for all of those questions. They were very fast.

Our big team uses HotTelecom software for organizing the communication process between different departments and different offices. One service of the VoIP system we use is an extension dialing feature to let us reach a certain person by a call.
