Overall Satisfaction with Hubble
We use Hubble as a real time reporting tool that is integrated with our JDE software. It is being used by 100 users through out our organization. It helps us by using real time reporting - we run invoice totals for vendors, aging reports, check backup reports. The real time visibility in JDE makes things easy to check on.
- We run some check backup reports that can be imported in Excel.
- Invoice reports that are imported into Excel.
- Aging reports that are imported into Excel.
- Creating some reports can be tough.
- When using reports, they can be slow sometimes.
- Index builds can be cumbersome, if you are searching through many records.
- Easy access to real time invoice counts.
- Easy importing into Excel.
- Sharing of reports with other users.
I haven't used any other tools like Hubble.
