Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot ties sales and marketing together to make all of our flows run easily. It is great for managing our workflows. It has been great not only for marketing but for sales to be able to schedule meetings and track where we are at in the sales process with each client.

- If using light version some creative workarounds need to be put in place

- Easy to use interface for training new users
Although they are more expensive I went with HubSpot because of the company. HubSpot has had great customer service and has a wealth of information on running projects in and out of their system.
Their interface and being able to be one solution replacing other systems is also very cost effective compared to buying each system separately and trying to get them to work together.
