Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Pipedrive was a little bit lacking and it was very simplistic as a starter package for someone who wants something other than a spreadsheet to get started. I remember features like making you have to set an additional task when you complete one, but that's not always the way that you work.

Bullhorn had some interesting functionality to help with things like email tone and response but it didn't have enough to make a massive impact sales-wise, better suited to an industry that is less sales-driven.

We all know Salesforce, and that it's popular for reporting, but using it as a sales rep, I found it a little bit lacking. For many, it's considered what is the obvious choice but I don't think many people have the opportunity, like I did, to use Salesforce side by side with HubSpot CRM, and I know that HubSpot CRM did much more for me in terms of driving connections and business.

I have used two other CRM systems; they were in-house at my company, so I can't search for them in the list. Previous CRM systems ran very sluggishly, lacking many features such as transactions. Very often, they did not add sent emails or added them incorrectly. Adding contacts was unintuitive and had a lot of mandatory fields that had to be filled in manually, as this system did not download data online. There was no option to search if a lead existed; there was a function that theoretically should have notified of a duplicate, but only after the entire long list was filled out.

HubSpot CRM stands out among its competitors in the market because of its comprehensive features of marketing and its seamless integration capability with other tools. Most of other tools in the market are lacking integration capability and they don't offer more features for various for marketing such as email marketing, sales, etc.

As stated we use Freshdesk just for the client portal that it has with it. This helps us to integrate a AI chatbot of our own and to put a FAQ for our clients. HubSpot CRM does not do this on the free version you need to be on the highest version to get any access to a client portal. So on that side HubSpot CRM wins. Also they offer a really good website starter pack that will get you up and running with a theme and SSL the works on a free plan. Great for those who want a fully integrated system.

Well, first of, its my client who chose this for us. But based from my previous experience with other CRMs, HubSpot CRM by far has all of it in one tool. Very promising and really has the potential to be the source of all resolutions to problems with data collection, marketing strategies, forecasting and call center.

I used Sierra during my short time in the real estate industry. I absolutely hated it. It wasn't organized very well, didn't have online resources like HubSpot, and didn't have very many capabilities like HubSpot. I appreciate how easy HubSpot is to use and how many features and capabilities that hub spot has on a day to day basis.

We don't actually use Monday's CRM, we use their project management. However, something that monday.com does better than HubSpot is its task layout and visible team access. To be honest, we would love a good integration between them both so we can use HubSpot's CRM, and Monday's project management.

I did not need so much of the task features that other CRMs have (which I do like the HubSpot CRM task features and how you can set up future follow-ups with contacts) but those other CRMs are not good if you are not a project-based company, and you have a lot of contacts. If you are a manufacturer, then HubSpot CRM is a way better tool than some of the other CRMs out there.

HubSpot CRM is way more unified and offers much more functionality in comparison to the other two. HubSpot CRM comes up with unique features like creating popups and dynamic CTAs for web pages in the same solution. It also offers marketing features like emailing and a contact list. Ultimately, it comes with HubSpot Academy which has helped me and my team to learn the various techniques of HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot is not as in-depth or detailed as some of the other CRM options out there. This also means that it can be a bit quicker to learn as it does not have as many features and it has a relatively simple interface that is easy to use. However, other tools out there have more robust reporting functionalities as well as automation functionality.

I think HubSpot is just a lot more comprehensive, and there are many more features to take advantage of. For example, it's very handy to be able to take chats from the website and assign them to people in that region. It's also very handy to call through an integration with Aircall and have that logged as well.

HubSpot is different as it allows us to see all deals as we wanted to compare to others as other apps don't have those features Hubspot has to view deals in different views and make it according to your pipelines the way you want to see the deals and data track the daily reports very easily and review our own performance for the day to grow more.

Hubspot is far superior to our previously used CRM, providing more automation and visibility of individual/company performance. It is also more cost-effective for multiple staff members and provides them with functionality to speed up their processes and complete their tasks more efficiently.

ZoomInfo is in a testing period at the moment and only using their contact data on leads so I cannot comment on that being in our 1st month of using their tool. Apollo.io is a great tool, mostly used for email contacts but as we don't get much of the analytics functions, Hubspot CRM is outstanding.

HS better than SF. Wouldnt recommend people to use SF, SF is moreso for enterprise segment which HS doesn't really compete it.

For SMB's HS makes most sense

SL is better in terms of reporting and mass outreaching people with mail and phone but HS easier to follow-up with on a manual basis ~ e.g. following up on deals and make them move in pipeline
