HubSpot CRM is the best overall value for small to midsize companies. It is not too difficult to use, easy to learn, has a complete set of features, and does not run like a fragmented software with different modules and pieces.

When looking at overall capabilities, Salesforce and HubSpot are pretty well matched. That being said, HubSpot was better priced and was rated higher in customer service and usability. Sugar CRM did not have some of the reporting functions that HubSpot had and it required some IT work for customization, which we did not want.

HubSpot CRM is the best for our needs because of its ease of use, lower costs at the entry tiers, and ease of integration with other tools.

I am not a decision-maker at my company but have been an avid user at all the companies and HubSpot is far superior in what I use it for; collecting contacts, creating sequences, launching said sequences, and being reminded of what my task's are daily.

Riipen being a small start up company easily found that HubSpot is a mighty tool for its usability and price. HubSpot is very impactful, cost efficient and ideal with Riipen's budget. Also found that this CRM has a supportive community and helped Riipen easily integrate it into its daily process.

  • Zoho CRM and Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
In terms of functionality and the features that are available, HuSpot CRM is way ahead of Zoho and Freshworks. Our team has evaluated multiple CRM's before finalizing on HubSpot because of the integrations it offers and the automation features that were unmatched. Also, it was much easier to replace multiple tools that we were using into one single software - HubSpot.

To be honest, it has been several years since I've used anything besides HubSpot CRM. However, the most recent CRM I've used is Outreach. Although Outreach works well in many instances, it was a bit cumbersome when it comes to agencies that rely on integrating with various clients. Sometimes the data lag made it difficult to remain productive, and at times uploading and appending data felt like a lot of heavy lifting.
In my opinion, HubSpot CRM makes it much easier to catch duplicate contact information, and it simplifies creating lists to keep your database clean and up to date.

While for marketing purposes ActiveCampaign was amazing, we needed a proper CRM and software that caters to the needs of our sales team and allows smooth communication between different departments. HubSpot [CRM] definitely does much more than ActiveCampaign. I don't know if a comparison is really worth it in this case.

Mailchimp was basically used only for marketing email creation. In HubSpot, marketing emails are just a small part of all of the capabilities that the platform has. Although Mailchimp is really easy to use (just like HubSpot), I think that HubSpot is a more complete platform because you can do and manage everything there. While with Mailchimp, that would be one of the many platforms you would have to use for all of your marketing efforts.

The honest truth was we purchases Hubspot [CRM] when we were smaller and it was substantially less expensive than Salesforce. Now that we are larger we are hoping to switch over for the customization and extra integrations Salesforce offers. Hubspot [CRM] is lacking many features that seem simple and have been requested for years in their support forums, but it seems like the company has no interest in building them.

HubSpot I think has its niche for SMEs. Just enough included features to give you all that you need without any additional paid plugins (Salesforce can be irritating that way). Cheap start up cost and easy to learn, use, and manage - very helpful when you have new starters.

I briefly used Zoho CRM but found that it really wasn't what I was looking for. I didn't give it much of a chance though before ditching it. I only returned to the idea of a CRM much later in time when my business had grown by quite a bit. The features in HubSpot are much easier to use from what I can remember.

In my previous company I had used a CRM that was customized by company, but it lagged too much. It took the world to load and took too much time. It took a substantial part of the day updating records in the CRM. It didn't avoid repetition which was a big setback, but in HubSpot that issue is not here. There is no redundancy in accounts and contacts.

The design which Hubspot CRM has is perfectly incredible, friendly, and diverse in doing its roles. Also, Hubspot CRM has a team of professionals, who are keen and ready to take the criticism and views of the people. Besides, Hubspot CRM stability is incredible, hence, reliability never a question or a miss.
