Very easy to use CRM. Allows to easily manage database of clients, and organize tasks/lead funnels. Very user friendly and layout is great. Would be nice if it were able to track duplicates better, and if had an easier way to integrate with Outlook would be a perfect 10 in my book.

If you are a small business and you need to grow then the HubSpot CRM is a great place to start. If you are always going to be a small business but you need more than the free version, the cost may be restrictive. However, you can link so many external applications that you can often work around the higher costs.

As I mentioned earlier, HubSpot helps organize the sales leads we contact. It makes it more accessible from the angle that we do not duplicate our work by contacting the same client by two different people. In addition, we can track the work and add reminders to follow up.

The well suited scenario is when I want to follow up to the people whom I reached previously. With the feature "Sequences", it automatically sends the follow ups, who didn't replied in the previous days. This also helped my sales team to close the deals. The less appropriate scenario is when we want to do deep customization.

HubSpot CRM is great for maintaining and keeping track of all your contacts and companies in one place. So, if you have a lot of contacts and companies you work with, this tool is perfect! Plus, the HubSpot Outlook integrations work well and my team has loved that they don't have to manually enter the emails for every single contact. Before, we never had a system for maintaining our customer's timeline and when we last contacted them. As we have grown in the last couple years, we can see we may need to add more reps and because all the contact data is on HubSpot CRM, it will make it easier to share contacts with new reps! The only thing that tough with using HubSpot CRM is that it's URL based. Which is nice if you have a lot of companies that have their own websites, but if you have a lot of companies that are branch based and have the same URL, it can get a frustrating because you have to manually let HubSpot CRM know that you aren't making a duplicate company. And since that is the only way to tell if you have duplicates, you may add the same branch twice by mistake.
