If you have a sales team, this is the CRM to use. I have used both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics in the past, and HubSpot CRM is essentially the Apple iPhone of CRMs. It is extremely user-friendly. We don't babysit our reps, so we give each the ability to make edits on their account records. If you have a CRM manager and you prefer your reps to not have access to the full suite of tools, then HubSpot CRM might not be the best fit for your team. If you hire great people and enable them to do their jobs, then there isn't a better tool out there.

HubSpot CRM is incredibly well-suited for small businesses with no CRM administration experience, or those with individuals who have CRM administration as only one part of their job responsibilities. As a former Salesforce Admin, I do miss the customization available in Salesforce - something that was incredibly helpful when it came to different teams requiring different information visibility. I also wish HubSpot CRM's stage-specific fields were more visible, or that there was a way to set the Deal information section as the primary view instead of notes and activities. HubSpot CRM is incredibly user-friendly for salespeople who need to pop in and out of the system quickly (we all know they're not living in the system like admins can), so my sales team gives it 10/10.

HubSpot CRM is continually improving and is a fit for nearly every size company, from recording customer activity, to deals/opportunities, and strong marketing options in an easy to use software. I've tried a lot of different customer database software programs over the years and none match that of HubSpot CRM. I couldn't recommend it more.

HubSpot is well suited for both small and large companies has great features for both B2B and B2C businesses. It is a little more difficult to use when you are selling something that takes time to develop and sell (like avionics) but it still works well. It just takes some time to set up and get used to.

It took some planning to adapt HubSpot CRM to our workflow of scheduling classes, teaching them, and handling post-class administrative duties, but it was well worth it. We have started to use it for traditional sales work as well.

It's a very easy-to-use system that is highly effective for a moderate-sized organization that does not need all the bells and whistles of the more expensive customizable systems. We needed a system that took us to the cloud and allowed our 5-person sales team to easily log information and reports. These reports are only reviewed by one or two people. It took no more than a week to get the system up and running, which was amazing. The data tracking of wins and activities is seamless to implement and helps with our oversight of the sales department.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for both small and large companies. The automation and accuracy of the platform enables sales teams like ours to be productive and successful. There could be more features tailored for B2B companies like ours.

HubSpot is fantastic for companies/organizations with a high-touch sales approach. Understanding the specific requirements of clients, categorizing them based on the dynamic properties we were able to create, and tracking the history of all conversations and brand activity has provided the insight needed to systemize and elevate our overall approach to sales.

HubSpot CRM is an exceptional tool for small and medium businesses. The pricing, especially for the lower tiers of the sales, marketing, and ticketing solutions is reasonable, and the tool itself is very user-friendly. It is robust enough for enterprise uses, but at that scale and for those typical requirements, HubSpot CRM may fall short of Salesforce's ecosystem.

HubSpot CRM is very helpful for those who have not had any training on how to use it. We had been using HubSpot CRM for several years before I was asked to help out in the CRM. I pretty much taught myself because of the intuitive nature of the software. All it took was a little patience and not giving up. When I came to a roadblock, I called support. They made it easy. As I learned more, I was asked to do more in HubSpot CRM and eventually became the CRM go-to person.

It is very useful for any type of sales business because of the great sales and marketing hubs that HubSpot offers. Little more difficult to use when your company structure is more complex, but working with HubSpot support and Hub Specialists we were able to get HubSpot set up to our liking and now running more smoothly. Overall HubSpot is a wonderful tool. The only reason I say it's 8/10 is because there is a few small roadblocks we have encountered related to how some things just can't be changed or edited.

I would highly recommend Hubspot to any company and/or colleague. There are so many features I have yet to even learn them all. I love that there is integration from Zoom Info and my email through Outlook. As previously stated, there are a few too many steps sometimes, but you eventually get the hang of it.

HubSpot is well-suited towards any concern you may have in the sales industry. One can easily log sales calls, emails, create email sequences and track the status of a client all in one place. HubSpot can also aid managers and employees on tracking their performance by using the dashboard. The dashboard gives insights and lets employees know where there are areas for improvement in their workflow. However, HubSpot is less suited for areas that are outside of customer relation management such as the HR department.

HubSpot is great for automation of processes. Especially the workflows feature is something that makes life easy for the sales and marketing teams. Also the ability of HubSpot to collect info from different sources like the website in terms of visits and customer data which can help the sales team has made a huge impact.

HubSpot can be a single tool which can be used by the team in terms of calling and data points which makes the operational aspect of teams much more effective.

Good for an organization that is growing but isn't yet super complex. Its ease of use lets you stand up some pretty powerful workflows and allows you to easily comb through the data, but with that simplicity can come some hurdles if you want to get really complex. I can see it being somewhat tough to use for a very large organization.

It is not well suited for adding contacts to avoid duplicates. Spelling variations and suggestions would help with that. I believe HubSpot CRM is a great tool for also holding different aspects of your team accountable. As in sales, it's very easy to see the number of calls made or emails sent to a particular prospect or group of potential clients. Also great for coaching sessions and ways to improve performance.

There is a lot you can learn from HubSpot [CRM] and a great CRM for the companies that need a great workflow. It's great for small businesses as well as corporations. HubSpot [CRM] focuses on simplicity and usability rather and competing for the most features or customization. The primary requirement of our CRM implementation project was the ease of use and HubSpot has not disappointed. And while there are limitations compared to other platforms, the feature set is growing all the time and we don't have to rely on third-party integrators or developers. It is also easy to scale up quickly.

[HubSpot CRM] is perfectly suited to a B2B sales environment, particularly IT sales. It is probably less well suited to an environment where sales are being made and prospected with entities which are small or don't have online presence, as a lot of automation is drawn from the online presence of companies in the system.

HubSpot [CRM] is well suited for the sales department to keep track of all progress. In HubSpot [CRM] we can keep track of all emails sent and calls made, also deals made by everyone in the company. However, I don't think Hubspot [CRM] will be useful for programmers to keep track of their progress because their progress is not seen in terms of emails and call made[.]

The best CRM out there. Easy to use, very intuitive. Perfect for someone that doesn't know anything about coding. I love that everything is drag and drop. I can't think of a scenario where HubSpot wouldn't be a good option for any company (capability-wise). When it comes to cost, it can be extremely expensive for small/medium companies. The free/cheaper options are too limited for the small companies, so there aren't a lot of reasons to choose HubSpot when what they'll be receiving is basically nothing.

Hubspot [CRM] is lighter to admin than competitors and costs less. It's feature-rich enough that small to mid size tech companies will get value, but as you get large enough to have a dedicated admin you may find yourself wishing you had a broader feature set with more customization. It is great to store contacts and track deals, but if you have any odd use cases it may fall down. Also note that both Hubspot [CRM] and competition try to be everything for everyone (i.e. a 500 person SaaS company is using the same product as a 10 person real estate office) so it's not likely perfect for anybody.

I think HubSpot is well suited to SMEs, if you are just starting out, your client base is not that huge, or your company uses G-suite.
Set it up properly in the beginning, with integrations with the software it can talk to - it will serve you well, and can grow as you grow.
Since it is not as comprehensive as other CRMs when it comes to plugins and software integration, I would not recommend it to a big company that uses a lot of different software to manage other functions, and you decided to switch CRMs later in the game. They are improving on this though. Also, surprisingly expensive the bigger your client base gets - so maybe it's cheap in the beginning, but it gets expensive fast!

Great for managing leads and being able to see your customer list all in one place. Could be better in the task management area. It functions quite well though, and since it is open-source, it can be integrated with virtually any other app out there so you can build a robust management platform for almost any business.
