HubSpot is an excellent tool for customer service that lets you stay in touch with your contacts, monitor other people's activities, making it simple to make tasks to remind yourself to do them, and generally promote success in the sales department sector. It gives every team member complete visibility, regardless of whether they are working on the project or not.

Being able to send emails and use email templates straight from HubSpot is very useful. However, I often run into issues with the calling feature in HubSpot. Additionally, many email platforms categorize our marketing emails as spam. Therefore causing additional work to be created.

HubSpot CRM is very handful if it is used as a point of Sales view. You have the ability to explore more functionalities of the Software when making a company profile of an Individual or a Company. I have used HubSpot through its Mobile App which is in Sync with my workplace so that my team can view when I'm working Online and Offline, it also helps you work remotely or when on the go. The best use of it is when you can Log Calls or a Meeting and give them a Follow-up Task to keep you up to speed.

HubSpot CRM is the best CRM I've used for a sales flow. The workflow automation, its API integrations, and ease of use are all top-notch. We've been diving more and more into their marketing functions, and while keeping everything in a single ecosystem can be helpful, occasionally it has felt like the pricing for marketing professional is a bit bloated. But overall, we're big fans of it!

It is well suited when an email is sent to an account that the information is already entered into HubSpot.It provides information when an account views the email by clicks. I wish that it worked better with outlook calendar, especially when meetings are scheduled.

Great tool for fast-growing businesses to track all company communications. Makes it super easy to see exactly where the communications left off. Super easy to track deals in all their stages. Gives full visibility to all team members regardless if they are on the project or not. Perfect for scheduling meetings easily with multiple team members, links to everyone's calendars so you can book quickly.

HubSpot CRM is an amazing tool for a sales company. I was able to organize my tasks in order to complete items in order of importance. For example, if I needed to follow up with a task I could set a due date for the task. I can also look and filter tasks by the date their due, or categories such as due today and overdue.

I think at this time, every company should have a CRM. That being said: For smaller companies without a growth perspective, the system might be too big and hard to set up compared to other solutions. If there is a scaling process ahead and you need a system that grows with you, I´d always recommend using HS.

For what I do with task/email/calls to create business for my company's sales team, HubSpot does well. I can easily track my activity, check reporting and manage my task list. The only opportunity I have seen is what HubSpot does for my company post-sale. It may be that I have not looked too deeply into that part, but just what I have seen thus far.

I have used SalesForce for 4 years previously; I was told by that HubSpot was cheaper and would not be as good by peers. After now using it for a year, I believe from a Sales perspective, it is better than SalesForce. Much easier to use and gives a greater insight which helps me win deals.

HubSpot CRM is easy to find what you are looking for. If I can't find a client by name, I can then look at the company and find them there. I think it is really useful to send your emails to HubSpot.
