  • Tasks keep me effective throughout the day
  • Organizing my deals to make sure nobody slips through the cracks
  • Setting up initial contact emails to respond to all leads.
  • having deals notes, meetings, calls, and tasks separate from the contacts.
  • the Kixie integration could be more streamlined
  • There are a lot of notification emails for things that aren't super relevant and it's difficult to find where to turn those off.

  • dashboard is pretty customizable as per the needs
  • Integrates well with other applications really well such as Slack, Gmail and Dialpad
  • Show relevant, concise data which is useful to know if the content is. gauging attention of the prospects
  • Break less often, often during calls or emails hubspot stops functioning
  • Hard to keep track of leads due to irregular data even if it organized
  • Lacks the ability to perform quick functions for existing leads if new sequences have to use, would be more efficient to have the option of mass enrolling leads and having auto rejection of disqualified leads

  • Automation features that make mundane time-consuming tasks take minutes rather than hours
  • Easy to communicate with others in your business by adding notes to contacts and tagging colleagues
  • Keeping all of your contacts and lists centralized rather than multiple messy excel files
  • Sometimes the system can be a little slow in the late afternoon (UK) due to the NA region using it more
  • Navigating can sometimes be a little confusing
  • The phrasing within Workflows can be a little confusing (using double negatives when setting parameters.)

  • being able to send links to stored information/materials straight through email
  • Make it so that you don't have to manually check if an email will be logged even if it's being sent through outlook

  • When a Deal property is linked to a Company property with multiple child entries, HubSpot creates multiple deals for each child entry, instead of one deal for the parent company.
  • Unable to edit the names of multiple companies in bulk, where I am able to add the same new text to already existing company names, instead of replacing all of them with the new text.
  • Recent bug where incoming leads have incorrectly populated names. Their full names are present in the "First Name" property and the "Last Name" property is populated only with the first letter of their surnames.
