Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We are working with Human Interest for our 401k provider and they have been responsive and helpful to our small and growing business. Not only have they been able to answer our questions and explain things but they were able to offer compelling plans that we were able to tailor to more of an ESG focus that fits our company values. The administration has been easy as well and is largely automated without my having to closely monitor the process.

- Extremely responsive and patient during setup, answering all of our many questions
- Ease of setting up automatic paymetns and integrating via Rippling
- My team really values the 401k and Human Interest has made that easy for them and me
It has been very easy to implement and the support team has been responsive and helpful
