Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We were able to implement a 401(k) program for our company with Human Interest. They made it super simple to sign up and the website is very user-friendly too.

Cons

  • I'm happy with everything as is.
  • Our employees are very pleased to have a 401(k) that is easy to manage.
  • Using Human Interest means less time that I have to spend administering benefits.
We haven't had a need to utilize support yet. One of my employees has changed his contribution a few times but the system is so user-friendly he didn't need any help.
I love Human Interest integrated with our GoCo platform. I don't have to do anything extra when I run payroll, it's all set to run automatically.
