Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to provide a simple, easy to use, digital first 401(k) to all of our employees.
Our scope spans ~20 US employees, across 10+ states.

Pros

Cons

  • Integrations with HRIS and PEOs
  • Automation of Processing
  • Manual administration in platform (e.g., onboarding)
  • Improved ease of recruitment
  • Support with retention
Limited action, as Human Interest accesses information in our HRIS.
However, there are some limits on what can be done manually in the Human Interest platform (e.g., sending onboarding invites manually)
