Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We are a small business with only one HR staff, so we wanted to be hands-off with 401k administration. In the past, there has been a lot of manual managing of our 401k enrollment, which is something we wanted to get away from. Human Interest takes all 401k enrollment, notifications, and administration off my plate.

Pros

  • Easy to communicate with
  • Easy for employees to reach
  • Easy to use system

Cons

  • The onboarding took a bit longer than expected due to some technical issues
  • Very positively has reduced administrative time.
The Human Resources Manager can focus on other aspects of the job now that 401k management is fully handled by Human Interest. Our old retirement account professionals required phone calls with long wait times if you needed assistance, but Human Interest has been quick to respond to emails. Employees have been pleased that the new system is so easy to use.
The system is easy to use, there is no integration issue, and the employees have found the interface easy to use. The employees have discussed with each other how the new system is simple, which in turn increases usage in the future, we hope!

Our organization wanted a company that could integrate with our payroll system so that the HR department could be as hands-off as possible when it came to 401k management and enrollment. Human Interest has taken the whole 401k enrollment and upkeep off the HR manager and handles it all on their side. The employees needed an easy, intuitive system, which Human Interest has.
