Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We were looking for an intuitive 401(K) provider that seamlessly integrated with our HR system. Human Interest does precisely that. Our implementation experience was great and thorough. Employees are now able to clearly manage their contributions which are automatically deducted from their payroll. Onboarding employees has been simple and painless, something that we were looking for.

Human Interest support has been very responsive and thorough. Any minor issues that we had, they were able to resolve quickly and painlessly. They are also there to help our employees solve any issues that they have which has been helpful for us to limit the amount of administrative work we have.
The UI is very intuitive and easy to learn. It provides a clear visual of everything that happens with the account. The User Interface is one of the best parts of Human Interest.
