Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human Interest is my 401K provider. They interact directly with my payroll company and handle the contributions and reporting. They remove a ton of the fees that I had to face with my previous provider, and they respond timely. I am a newer user but have been happy so far.
Pros

- Nice interface
- Easy to manage online accounts
Cons
- 1st deduction did not go smoothly
- Faster email response when issues arise
- Less fees
- Easier to use interface
- Direct customer service rep
Human Interest mades it smoother and easier to manage 401K's.
