Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is managing our 401K for our employees. We offer this to all our employees.

Pros

  • Keep me updated on current trends in the market

Cons

  • Maybe have a one to one every other month to keep me up to date in person
  • Human Interest has been a positive addition for my staff and their well being
Human Interest keeps me in the know so that I can make decisions that will positively effect my staff.
It seems that I have to download something every month after payroll. It would be great if it were a seamless integration in my payroll system.
I have not done any other research on other products, this one came recommended through Bambee.
