Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Record keeper for company 401K plans. We experience good customer service and Human Interest responds quickly to email questions. Human Interest at the time only had excel spreadsheets and no formal presentation to be used with the client.

Support from Human Interest has been good. They follow up on questions quickly and will provide guidance Implementation was very effective and Human Interest addressed the clients' concerns and would assist with explanations of documentation so that the client understands fully what is in their plan docs.
Human Interest is very good at reviewing investments and if there is a lagging investment - Human Interest will recommend a replacement and make the change for the client. This is a positive for the plan administrators and relieves some of their fiduciary exposure. To make changes in investments as a fiduciary - Human Interest excels in this area.
