Human Interest has always been very informative with their emails, notifying me of my payroll 401k input, employee changes and confirmation of collections.
Any questions I have raised to Human interest has been answered within a timely manner, again informative and very helpful. The team are polite and a pleasure to deal with. If I need to speak with them, I know I will receive great customer service.
I have not had a bad/poor experience with them.
