As I stated before, I like how employee and employer contributions are done by email. However, on some things like the conversion process and startup having no face-to-face communication except through virtual zoom meetings is not appropriate when dealing with conversion and startup. Those things did not and have not gone smoothly.

Not happy with startup and conversion, but once complete a pretty good 401K with mostly straightforward framework.
