Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest provides a great platform for a company 401k plan. The state of Maryland made it mandatory to have a 401k plan. We used Human Interest because it worked integrated with our payroll provider. Sallie Y. was also really helpful in explaining which plan to choose and even got us a discount.

  • Ability to contribute to Roth outside of regular payroll
  • Employees like the program’s
  • It is nice to see employees and my company investing into America
It is really easy to use. Pretty simple no annoying features
