Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

I currently use Human Interest as my small business's 401K provider. They help automate monthly contributions for my employees and withdrawals for me as the business owner.

Pros

  • ease of monthly contributions
  • ease of employee ability to change contributions
  • ease of withdrawals for employer
  • Provide good options for investment
had a few problems in the beginning switching from employee to employer dashboards, since I am self-employed, but was able to reach out to an agent for help
