Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
This past year, we switched our company 401K from Voya to Human Interest and couldn't be happier with the transition. From the onboarding process, to the self service platform and website, everything about Human Interest has been easy. Especially compared to other aging 401K companies, the Human Interest platform is very modernized with an easy to use UI and excellent customer service. Our previous 401K provider did not allow automatic syncing with our Payroll provider which created manual processes on a weekly basis. Human Interest solved all of that and collaborates and syncs perfectly with our Payroll platform which eliminated hours worth of repetitive administrative tasks. Highly recommend.
