Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is the administrator and custodian for my company's 401k. As a small business owner I was looking for an affordable way to offer my employees retirement plan options without being bogged down with fees and administrative headaches.

Pros

  • Integrate with technology such as my payroll software so that the process isn't manual.
  • Communicates effectively with what m I responsibilities are as the employer.
  • Makes it easy for my employees to participate.

Cons

  • Easier way to communicate with someone live directly when questions arise.
  • Has allowed me as a business owner to be competitive by adding to the benefit opti I need offered to my employees.
